WATER PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

THIS CONTRACT, for the purchase of drinking water is entered into as of ______ day of _______________, by and between Fresh H2o PVT Limited, whose address is Shinka Plaza 1st Floor, BLOCK-A, Main PWD Double Road, ISLAMABAD, Postcode 44000, hereinafter referred to as “Seller”, and Mr/Mrs _____________________, an individual under the laws of Pakistan, with its principal place of residence of ______________________________________, City, _______________________________hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”.

SALES:

Seller hereby agrees to provide to Purchaser during the term of this contract or any renewal or extension thereof, treated water meeting applicable purity standards for the Provinces of Islamabad.

Offers:

1. The offer of Rs 120 per 19l refill for the first 120 days and thereafter (below) or:
a. the rate at Rs 140 per refill of 19L

2. It is further agreed that water rates may be adjusted after the guaranteed period specified in paragraph 1 above, with the condition that any rate increase shall be made in conjunction with general rate increases made by Seller to its other water users. Rate increases to Purchaser shall reflect the increased costs of water production, including increased cost of power, water treatment chemicals, and other direct costs related to the production of water for Purchaser over the present costs thereof Rate increases to Purchaser shall further reflect overall increases in direct and administrative costs of water production (costs including but not limited to labour, supplies, repair, fuel, power, transportation, employee benefits, contractual services, well repairs, replacement and treatment plant upkeep, and general allocable administrative expenses).

3. The original term of this Agreement is for 90 days minimum.

4. Notice to be given will be 30 days after the initial 90 days.

5. The deposit for each bottle is set at Rs 500 per bottle and if you have existing bottles which are in a good/reasonable condition then we will take those bottles from you and replace them with our bottles, so no deposit is then required. This will mean that the bottles which have been taken from you will become our property and our bottles will replace them. You have given Rs _________ deposit for_____ bottles. رہائشی املاک کے لیے پانی کی خریداری کا معاہدہ

پینے کے پانی کی خریداری کے لیے _______________ کے ______ دن، Fresh H2o PVT Limited کے درمیان، جس کا پتہ شنکا پلازہ پہلی منزل، بلاک-A، مین روڈ، اسلام آباد ڈوب کے درمیان طے پایا ہے۔ , پوسٹ کوڈ 44000، اس کے بعد “بیچنے والا” کہا جاتا ہے، اور مسٹر/مسز _____________________، پاکستان کے قوانین کے تحت ایک فرد، اس کی اصل رہائش گاہ ______________________________________، سٹی، ________________________________ اس کے بعد “خریدار” کے طور پر حوالہ دیا گیا ہے۔ خریدار کو اس معاہدے کی مدت کے دوران یا اس کی کسی بھی تجدید یا توسیع کے دوران، علاج شدہ پانی اسلام آباد کے صوبوں کے لیے قابل اطلاق طہارت کے معیارات پر پورا اترنے کے لیے۔ پیشکشیں: 1۔ پہلے 120 دنوں کے لیے 120 روپے فی 19l ری فل کی پیشکش اور اس کے بعد (نیچے) یا:a۔ 140 روپے فی 19L2 کی ری فل کی شرح۔ اس بات پر مزید اتفاق کیا گیا ہے کہ پانی کی قیمتیں اوپر پیراگراف 1 میں بتائی گئی گارنٹی مدت کے بعد اس شرط کے ساتھ ایڈجسٹ کی جا سکتی ہیں کہ کسی بھی شرح میں اضافہ بیچنے والے کی طرف سے اپنے دیگر پانی استعمال کرنے والوں کے لیے عام شرح میں اضافے کے ساتھ مل کر کیا جائے گا۔ خریدار کے لیے شرح میں اضافہ پانی کی پیداوار کے بڑھتے ہوئے اخراجات کی عکاسی کرے گا، بشمول بجلی کی بڑھتی ہوئی لاگت، پانی کے علاج کے کیمیکلز، اور خریدار کے لیے پانی کی پیداوار سے متعلق دیگر براہ راست اخراجات اس کے موجودہ اخراجات کے مقابلے میں خریدار کو ہونے والی شرح میں اضافہ مجموعی اضافے کی مزید عکاسی کرے گا۔ پانی کی پیداوار کے براہِ راست اور انتظامی اخراجات (اخراجات بشمول لیبر، سپلائی، مرمت، ایندھن، بجلی، نقل و حمل، ملازمین کے فوائد، کنٹریکٹ کی خدمات، کنویں کی مرمت، متبادل اور ٹریٹمنٹ پلانٹ کی دیکھ بھال، اور عام مختص انتظامی اخراجات)۔ اس معاہدے کی اصل مدت کم از کم 90 دنوں کے لیے ہے۔4۔ دیا جانے والا نوٹس ابتدائی 90 دنوں کے بعد 30 دن ہوگا۔5۔ ہر بوتل کے لیے ڈپازٹ 500 روپے فی بوتل مقرر کیا گیا ہے اور اگر آپ کے پاس موجودہ بوتلیں ہیں جو اچھی/معقول حالت میں ہیں تو ہم آپ سے وہ بوتلیں لیں گے اور انہیں اپنی بوتلوں سے بدل دیں گے، اس لیے کسی رقم جمع کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہوگا کہ جو بوتلیں آپ سے لی گئی ہیں وہ ہماری ملکیت بن جائیں گی اور ہماری بوتلیں ان کی جگہ لے لیں گی۔ آپ نے _____ بوتلوں کے لیے _________ روپے جمع کرائے ہیں۔ آپ نے _________ بوتلوں کے متبادل کے ساتھ کوئی رقم جمع نہیں کرائی ہے۔ گاہک کا نشان: ______________________________________6۔ یہ مزید سمجھا اور اتفاق کیا گیا ہے کہ فریقین کا ارادہ ہے کہ اس معاہدے میں توسیع کی جائے اور یہ 30 دن کی بنیاد پر کیا جاتا ہے۔7۔ یہ معاہدہ فریقین، ان کے جانشینوں، اور تفویض پر پابند ہوگا۔ صبح 9 بجے سے شام 6 بجے ٹیلی فون: 051 571 0481 صبح 9 بجے سے شام 6 بجے تک ٹیلی فون: 051 610 1629 صبح 9 بجے سے شام 6 بجے تک یو اے این: 031 11 22 77 67 صبح 8 بجے سے شام 10 بجے تک ________________________________________________________نام: ________________________________________________________ پتہ: _______________________________________________________________CNIC ID: _______________________________________________________________ ٹیلی فون نمبر: _____________________________________________________ ای میل: ______________________________________________________
